RE: TRANSFER CHANGE FUND FROM RECORDING DEPARTMENT TO MOTOR VEHICLE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that $1,000 of the Change Fund in the
Recording Department be transferred to the Motor Vehicle Department, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to transfer the Change
Fund from the Recording Department to the Motor Vehicle Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Comptroller be, and hereby is, authorized to transfer $1,000 of the
Change Fund from the Recording Department to the Motor Vehicle Department.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D., 1998.
