RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE RENEWAL -
JOSHUA CABLEVISION/FANCH COMMUNICATIONS, INC., DBA INTERMOUNTAIN
CABLE COMM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Cable Television Franchise Renewal
for Joshua Cablevision/Fanch Communications, Inc., dba Intermountain Cable Comm, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 11th day of December, 1996, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow Joshua
Cablevision/Fanch Communications, Inc., dba Intermountain Cable Comm adequate time to be
present or represented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 18,
1996, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of December, A.D., 1996.
