RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SAM AINSWORTH TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sam Ainsworth be appointed to said board
as the ventilating representative, to replace Carl Horning, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appointed Sam Ainsworth to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Sam Ainsworth be, and hereby is, appointed to the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, with his term to expire December 31, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of September, A.D., 1999.
