Commissioner Shultz offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list
of Treasurer's Certificates of Purchase covering properties on which
Treasurer's Deeds can now be issued, to -wit:
Lot 26, Block 15, Town of Frederick
Lot 11, Block 10, B 8 W, Town of Raymer
Ei Lot 4, Block 1, Town of Keota
Lot 13, Block 27, Town of Gilcrest
W150' Lot 2, Block 1, 2nd Filing, Vollmar
WHEREAS, the County is de_isirous of obtaining Deed so that the
property can be sold to new owners, thereby returning the properties
back on the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he hereby
is authorized to sign request for tax deeds for property described on said
formal request, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this
resolution.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Andersen and adopted by
the following vote:
