RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Community Corrections Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sylvia McWilliams, at-large, and Kevin Strobel,
member of Weld County Bar Association, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Sylvia McWilliams and Kevin Strobel
to said board, with their terms to expire August 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sylvia McWilliams and Kevin Strobel be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Weld County Community Corrections Board, with their terms to expire August 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 1995.
