and/or Property Damage caused by or arising from the preparation for,the firing of,or the clearance following
fireworks display(s),FIRED BY THE NAMED INSURED OR TIIE NAMED INSURED'S EMPLOYEES.
LIMIT OF $1,000,000 each occurrencf.
LIABILITY The addition of more than one insured does not serve to increase the above stated limit of liability.
SPECIAL EXCLUSIONS
Alternative I) APPLICABLE ONLY TO DISPLAY(S)COMPRISING SOLELY GROUND FIREWORKS AND/OR SINGLE
BREAK AERIAL FIREWORKS NOT EXCEEDING 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND/OR SALUTES NOT
EXCEEDING 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER: THIS INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER CLAIMS MADE FOR BODILY
INJURY THAT IS SUSTAINED WITHIN 300 FEET OF THE LOCATION OF ANY OF THE MORTARS FROM WHICH
THE AERIAL FIREWORKS ARE FIRED.
Alternative 2) APPLICABLE ONLY TO DISPLAY(S)WHICH DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF EXCLUSION I)ABOVE:
THIS INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER CLAIMS MADE FOR BODILY INJURY TIIAT IS SUSTAINED WITHIN 600
FEET OF THE LOCATION OF ANY OF THE MORTARS FROM WHICH THE AERIAL FIREWORKS ARE FIRED.
It is certified that the following SPONSORS AND/OR LANDOWNERS AND/OR LICENSING AUTHORITIES are included as
Additional Insured(s),but only in respect of the legal liability of such Additional Insured(s)for Bodily Injury or Property Damage sustained
during the Period stated above and caused directly by the operations of the Named Insured in connection with the firing of the fireworks
display(s)stated below BY THE NAMED INSURED OR THE NAMED INSURED'S EMPLOYEES. The insurance afforded such Additional
Insured(s)by the policy described herein is subject to all the terms,exclusions and conditions of such policy and,for particulars concerning
such terms,exclusions and conditions,the Additional Insured(s)are referred to the policy documents in the possession of the Named Insured.

Insured(s),whose name and address is shown hereon,but failure to mail such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the
