RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMITS #1969, #1970, #1971,
AND#1972 - BUSKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs-of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 16th
day of August, 1995, considered the request of Scott and Susan Busker, 7678 Weld County
Road 17, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for four accessory structures to farm for Busker Dairy, and
WHEREAS, said structures are to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a
parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Located in Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that
said request should be continued to August 30, 1995, at 9:00 a.m., based on the recommendation
of Planning staff and the request of the Tri-Area Planning Commission.
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Scott and SusanBusker for four accessory structures to farm
for Busker Dairy on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, continued to August 30,
1995, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of August, A.D., 1995.
