RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #899 AND CERTIFICATE OF
DESIGNATION FOR A LIVESTOCK TRAILER WASH FACILITY IN THE
AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT - B. L. VENTURES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolutions on February 21, 1990, the Board did approve Special Review
Permit #899 and Certificate of Designation for a livestock trailer wash facility in the Agricultural
Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SW%, Section 1, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services staff recommended the vacation of
Special Review Permit#899 and said Certificate of Designation due to sale of the abovementioned
property, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from William Lamb, B. L. Ventures, 4101
West Service Road, Evans, Colorado 80620, to vacate said Special Review Permit #899 and
Certificate of Designation, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation, conditional upon the following:
1. The new property owner shall enter into an agreement with the Board of County
Commissioners for reseeding the property in accordance with the recommendation
from the soil conservation service. The applicant shall submit this agreement within
15 days from June 21, 1995. This agreement shall be reviewed and approved by
the Board of County Commissioners in a separate meeting.
2. The new property owner shall apply for proper zoning and building permits for the
mobile home within 30 days of approval of the vacation of Special Review Permit
#899 by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit #899 and said Certificate of Designation be, and
hereby is, vacated.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
