Dear Sirs:
I am writing in regard to the run off waters from the
trailer -court Mr. Jim Stewart has on 3700 22Ave. Greeley.
we have lived here for ten years and have never had any
trouble with our yard filling up with water until Mr. Stewart
begain developing this trailer -court. He doesn't have any
means of getting rid of his surplus water when it rains or
the run off from the snow melting and it all ends up here
around our house.
Mr. Stewart is beginning to stake out more ground in
this trailer -court which means more water on us if and
when he puts in more trailer spaces. Our home is in danger
of Haiitgthe basement filled with water, by the run-off from
his trailer -court.
I would like to have the Weld County Planning Board and
you, the County Commissioners, look into this matter before
Mr. Stewart does any more developing on this trailer -court.
My land joins Mr. Stewart's trailer -court on the South.
I would like to hear from you concerning this matter
in the vnry near future.
