The improvements begin at Road 17 and Road 102 continuing west on Road 102 a distance of approximately 3,960 feet. The road is 24 feet wide with 2 inches of gravel that has been placed on the road during the months of late June and early July. Also culverts were installed as needed. We are asking that Jim Brewer, the Weld County Maintenance Construction Inspector, inspect and verify that the proper material has been used. If all is acceptable, we are requesting that Weld County accept and maintain the road. This road has several exemptions located on the road and there are, as of now, two houses utilizing the road, with one more to be built shortly. Thank you for considering our request.
