Pursuant to the Weld County Home Rule Charter, Ordinance Number 84-U was introduced on first
reading on February 8, 1999, and a public hearing and second reading was held on February 24,
1999. A public hearing and third reading was completed on March 15, 1999, with no change being
made to the text of said Ordinance, and, on motion duly made and seconded, was adopted.

IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84-T, THE SETTING OF FEES FOR
SERVICES PROVIDED BY WELD COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF
WELD, STATE OF COLORADO:
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority
of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has the
authority, under State statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, to establish certain fees
for services provided by the various departments of Weld County Government, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County desires, through this
Ordinance, to amend the fees charged for Assessor/Treasurer maps from $5.00 to $10.00 per
map, and clarify the fee for computer reports.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, that Ordinance No. 84-T be, and hereby is, amended to
increase the charge for copies of Assessor/Treasurer maps from $5.00 per copy to $10.00 per
copy.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the fee for special computerized reports,
regardless of report media, shall be the actual cost of the labor, materials, computer time, and
administrative overhead time of the County to produce the report with a minimum cost being
$50.00. Requesting party shall pay the estimated cost of the report in advance of the report being
prepared with final settlement and actual costs once produced.
The above and foregoing Ordinance Number 84-U was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of March, A.D., 1999.

February 8, 1999. A public hearing and second reading is scheduled to be held in the Chambers
