RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GEORGE BAXTER TO SUBSTITUTE FOR DALE
HALL AT FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY MEETING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that George Baxter be appointed to substitute
for Dale Hall at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) meeting on Thursday,
November 21, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint George Baxter to substitute for
Dale Hall at said FEMA meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that George Baxter be, and hereby is, appointed to substitute for Dale
Hall at the Federal Emergency Management Agency meeting on Thursday, November 21,
1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 1996.
