Prior to recording the plat : A . The following notes shall be placed on the plat : ( 1 ) All proposed or existing structures will or do meet the minimum setback and offset requirements for the zone district in which the property is located . All accesses shall be clearly shown on the plat . 2 . The access road to the site shall be graded and drained to provide an all weather access to the facility . 3 . Weld County Roads 11 , 20 , and 22 , at this paticular location , have been annexed by the Town of Firestone . The applicant should contact Firestone for any changes to the access on the property . The applicant shall submit a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder . The plat shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 11 . 13 . 9 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance .
