RESOLUTION RE: DECLARE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE SALE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, EAST SIDE EATON TO PAUL AND JULIAN GOMEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain property, described as Lot 2, Block 2, East Side Eaton, Weld County, Colorado, is no longer required for County use, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a bid proposal from Paul and Julian Gomez, P.O. Box 596, Eaton, Colorado 80615, to buy said property for and in consideration of the sum of$200.00, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to declare said property as surplus and accept said bid proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned property be, and hereby is, declared surplus. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the bid proposal from Paul and Julian Gomez in the amount of $200.00 be, and hereby is, accepted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 1995.
