PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made by Leslie Hoff, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of-William H. Hog also known as William Harold Hoff, Deceased,
Grantor, Dacotah Concrete, Inc., a Colorado corporation, Grantee.
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent was made and
executed in the lifetime of the decedent and is dated November 4, 1980, which will was duly admitted
to probate on November 21, 1995; and the Grantor is the duly qualified and acting personal
G representative of said estate, being Probate No. 95 PR 242, Weld County, Colorado.
THEREFORE, for the consideration of Sixty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($60,000.00)
`e Grantor sells and conveys to Grantee, the following described real property in Weld County,
Colorado:
All that part of the North One-half('/z) of Section Twenty five (25), Township Two (2)
North,Range Sixty-four(64)West of the 6th P.M.,County of Weld, State of Colorado, lying
North of a parcel of land conveyed to Burlington and Colorado Railroad Company by
instrument recorded February 10, 1890. In Book 86 at Page 457;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of land conveyed to Henrylyn Irrigation District by
instrument recorded November 23, 1926 in Book 814 at Page 157,
with all appurtenances, subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, and subject to
general property taxes for the year 1997.
Executed this 5th day of June , 1997.
