To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed are two maps, one which shows the present and proposed boundaries
of the Town in the vicinity of the proposed annexation, present streets and
roads, major trunk water lines and the existing and proposed land use
pattern in the areas to be annexed. The second map shows the Town' s
Sanitary Sewer System.
A copy of any draft or final pre-annexation agreement, if any, is not
available at this time.
The Town anticipates the extension of sewer main and service lines with
water being provided by either Central Weld County Water District or the
Town which has not been determined at this time.
The financing of municipal or other services to be extended into the area
to be annexed shall be the responsibility of the developer.
All existing districts within the area to be annexed, to the Town' s
knowledge, are as follows:
School District RE-1
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
Central Colorado Water Conservancy District
Central Colorado Water Sub District
Platteville Fire Protection District
Aims Junior College
Weld Library District
Aims Community College
Considering that the proposed annexation is to accommodate a land purchase
by the RE-1 School District for purposes of expanding their existing
facilities, a statement of the effect of the annexation upon the school
district does not apply.
