As neighbors with propery ajoining Dave & Sherry Warehime' s, we
have been asked to respond to this case . They are performing a
wonderful service to the youth of our community, and we whole-
heartedly support their youth rodeo events . It has never been a
problem to us, and we are pleased to have such a worthwhile
venture operating in our neighborhood. Kids doing this are kids
staying out of trouble. Dave & Sherry are good neighbors doing
good things .
This activity is indigenous to the farming and ranching area in
which we live, and it is our belief that it should be a use by
right in an agriculturally zoned area.

My name is Dwayne Caruth I am The owner of 23465 W.C.R. 72 Eaton. My property
backs to property that is used for WDS kids rodeo.
The activities that take place at this facility are in no way a detriment to the area.
The groups and individuals that use this facility seem very well organized and orderly.
This type of family activitity is truly an asset to the community and should be encouraged
by all.
