COMES NOW the Plaintiffs, Elizabeth A. Wilson and Richard L. Wilson, by and through
their attorneys, DOYLE, OTIS, FREY & HELLERICH, LLC, by Thomas E. Hellerich, and The
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, by Weld County Attorney Bruce
Barker, and hereby stipulate and agree Plaintiffs shall have an extension of time for the filing of an
Answer on behalf of the Defendants Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, Motion for Summary
Judgment up to and including August 18, 1997,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request that the Court enter an Order enlarging the time for the
filing of the Answer by the Plaintiff up to and including August 18, 1997.
