RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE #530 FROM THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO E (ESTATE) ZONE DISTRICT FOR A FIVE
(5) LOT MINOR SUBDIVISION - DANIEL OCHSNER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Change of Zone #530 from the
A (Agricultural) Zone District to E (Estate) Zone District for a Five (5) Lot Minor Subdivision for
Daniel Ochsner, do Roger Kenney, Kenney and Associates, 343 East Fourth Street, Loveland,
Colorado 80537, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 24th day of November, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to December 22, 1999,
at 9:00 a.m. for the sole purpose of setting a new hearing date or to dismiss the case for Daniel
Ochsner for Change of Zone #530 from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to E (Estate) Zone
District for a 5-lot Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
December 22, 1999, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D., 1999.
