RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY LONG TERM CARE BIO-ETHICS
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS., the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado. pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Long Term Care Bio-Ethics
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Janis McCall and Marybeth Leavell be
appointed to said committee to replace Susan Sabas and Patricia Miller, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Janis McCall and Marybeth
Leavell to said committee, with their terms to expire January 1, 1998, and January 1, 1999,
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Janis McCall and Marybeth Leavell be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Weld County Long Term Care Bio-Ethics Committee, with their terms to expire
January 1, 1998, and January 1, 1999, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vole on the 15th day of July, A.D., 1996.
