Home My WebLink About972079.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE NOMINATIONS FOR APPOINTMENTS TO LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE (LEPC) FOR WELD COUNTY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to 40 CFR §301(b) and C.R.S. §24-32-2604(1), the Board is required to provide nominations to the State of Colorado Emergency Planning Commission ("the Commission") for membership on the Local Emergency Planning Committee ("LEPC") for Weld County, and WHEREAS, the Board desires that the following persons be nominated for appointment by the Commission to the Local Emergency Planning Committee for Weld County, to serve until such time as they no longer desire to serve in such capacity, or until such time as they no longer hold the title or position listed below: Dale K.
