CITY OF BRIGHTON:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Major Street Plan for the City of Brighton as adopted by
the Planning Commission for the City of Brighton and the Board of County Com-
missioners of Adams County, Colorado, be concurred in and the same is hereby
approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman be and he is hereby
authorized to sign the accompanying plat thereby accepting and approving same
for filing.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

APPROVE THE MAJOR STREET PLAN
OF THE CITY OF BRIGHTON:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission, at a regular meeting held
the 10th day of August, 1964, resolved that the Brighton Major Street Plan as
presented by the City of Brighton be recommended favorably for approval by the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing concerning the adoption of said plan, pursuant
to published notice, no objection was voiced, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration and having due regard for the proper
arrangement of streets and the present and future needs of traffic within the County
of Weld and adajacent to the City of Brighton, the Board believes it to be in the
best interest of the County to approve said plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, does and they do hereby approve the Brighton Major Street Plan
as recommended and certified by the Weld County Planning Commission, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat be accepted and
approved for filing.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
