BE IT RESOLVED, that the recommendation of the Weld County Planning
Commission, attached and made a part of this resolution, be concurred in and
said petition of Mr. Don O'Day be granted as follows:
Locating a commercial feed lot on a plot of ground described as follows:
SWiNE-. and NW -4 SEi of Section 20, Township 1 North
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
November 29, 1963
At a special meeting on November 29, 1963, in the office of the Board
of County Commissioners, Price Hopkins offers the following resolu-
tion:
That the Weld County Planning Commission recommend to the Honorable
Board of County Commissioners that they approve the request by Mr.
Don O'Day for a commercial feed lot to be located on the following
described parcel of land:
SW4 NE -ii and NW -I SE4 of Section 20, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado
The above resolution was seconded by A. A. Tinn. Carried.

Reasons for approval:
1. The same location being half way between Fort Lupton and Brighton
and one mile east of Highway 85.
2. The location has a minimum buffer strip of one quarter of a mile
on all sides.
3. The Planning Commission made a tour of the area on Wednesday, Nos
vember 27, 1963, and found it to be a desirable location for a
feed yard.
