RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property was zoned condition-
ally over one year ago from "A" Agriculture to "I" Industrial Zone
on the condition that said area be developed within twelve (12)
months from date of the resolution or the property would revert
to an "A" - Agriculture Zone, and,
WHEREAS, The Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that the herein described property belonging to Roy Sargent be
re -zoned as the conditional provisions of the zoning have not
been fulfilled.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
that based upon the recommendation of The Weld County Planning
Commission, the Northwest Quarter (NW*)of Section Twenty-three (23),
Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-six (66), West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado zoning is changed
from "I" Industrial Zone to "A" - Agriculture Zone.

Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application for
rezoning from "I" ( Industrial District) to ."A". ( Agricultural

covering the following described property in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
North 330 feet of the West 1458 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Section Twenty -Three (23), Township One (1) North, Range Sixty -Six (66)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, except the
West 210 feet thereof

the following reasons:
The Conditional Zcning from "A" to "I" was for a year, and the year has ex-
pired, and no work has been done, so it is to be rezoned to "A".
