NO. 373 OF 1963 TAX SALE:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 373 of the 1963 Tax
Sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interest of Weld County to cancel said Tax Sale
Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, be and
he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 373 of the
1963 tax sale covering the taxes for 1962 on improvements only that were located
on the West half (W2) of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 62 West, with the
1963 taxes endorsed thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs:
In 1963 there appeared on my books and assessment as follows:
"Imps. only on WZ: Section 35, Township 7N Range 62 West".
This assessment not being paid, tkoxt9 it went to tax sale and
County Certificare J o. 373 of the 1963 sale for the 1962 taxes, was issued.
the 1963 taxes not being paid, they were endorsed on this Ctf.
The Assessor8s records show the Imps. as "Gone", but the tax
sale is still outstanding and the present owner does not like the notation on
his tax bill for general taxes to have a tax sale stamp appear on them until
this tax sale is erased.
As there is no prospect of getting this amount which amount
is
in tax money amounting to not over $12.00, I ask you for a resolution to cancel
Co. Ctf. 373 of the X963 tax sale covering the taxes for 1962 on Imps. only on
WI: Sec. 35-7-62 with the 1963 taxes endorsed thereon so that the loud may be
erased from the title to the land itself.
