RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Wilbert Wiedeman, James Riesberg, Suzanne
Listemann, and Chalon Renfro be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Wilbert Wiedeman, James Riesberg,
Suzanne Listemann, and Chalon Renfro to said board, with their terms to expire January 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Wilbert Wiedeman, James Riesberg, Suzanne Listemann, and Chalon
Renfro be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Area Agency on Aging Board, with their
terms to expire January 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of January, A.D., 1995.
