The subject Title Opinion sets forth two tracts in favor of Weld County(Tract N-35 and Tract 0-3),these two tracts are calculated at.1840 acres and .9310 acres respectively and when added together they equal 1.115 acres total. The Oil and Gas Lease may have overstated the acreage figure in an effort to assure that the mineral interests owned by Weld County in these tracts were covered pending a fmal accounting in the Division Order Title.
