Dear Mr. Hodges,
The purpose of this letter is to clarify certain aspects of
a plot plan submitted in 1988 for an application for use by
special review.
1) The plot plan showed a garage to be located north of
the shop. A building permit for that garage is now being
sought. Rather than locating the garage at the site shown
on the plot plan, however, I intend to locate the garage
approximately 45' east of the original proposed location.
Enclosed is a map showing the location of the garage as
currently proposed. The garage will have dimensions of 30 '
x 50 ' and will be 14 ' tall .
2) The parking area has been revised as shown on the
enclosed map. Additional parking is provided directly east
of the shop.
3) Screening will be provided in the area north of the
shop and west of the garage, as also shown on the enclosed
map. A wood-construction privacy fence 6' in height will be
constructed. The fence will be completed within 6 months of
completion of the garage described above.
No other changes to the 1988 plot plan are being proposed at
this time.
