SUBJECT: Addition of Cooler to USR site

The Department of Planning Staff has reviewed the request from Duke Energy to add a cooler to
their site located in Part of the SE4, Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
PM, Weld County, Colorado. Staff does not consider it a substantial change from AmUSR-542.
Building permits have been released from the Planning Department.
