/ PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The Staff recommends the Greeley Planning Commission find that the proposed
change of zone from C-1 to C-3 complies with the policies and intent of the City
Comprehensive Plan, therefore, recommend approval to the Weld County
Planning Commission.
