RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COLVIN HANSCOME TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY
AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Colvin Hanscome be appointed to said
authority, to replace David Droegemueller as the City/County joint member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Colvin Hanscome to said authority,
with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Colvin Hanscome be, and hereby is, appointed to the Greeley-
Weld County Airport Authority, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of May, A.D., 1997.
