Subdivision Final Plan . The parcel of land is described as Lot B of RE-691, located in the SE4
NE4 of Section 32, T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the
parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north of and adjacent to Weld
County Road 50-1/2; west of and adjacent to Weld County Road 41.
