Enclosed is an application from Western Wireless for a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review
Permit for a 130 foot monopole radio communication tower and equipment structure in the A (Agricultural)
zone district. The parcel of land is described as part of the SE4 of Section 17, T3N, R66W of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is
approximately 1.2 miles east of Highway 85; north of and adjacent to Weld County Road 32.
The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing
of the application. Please reply by October 23, 1996, so that we may give full consideration to your
recommendation. Please call Kerni D. Keithley, Current Planner, if you have any questions.

Environmental Protection Services has reviewed this proposal; the following
conditions are recommended to be part of any approval:
i. All • quid and solid wastes shall be stored and removed for final disposal
in a • •en that protects against surface and groundwater contamination.
2. No p-rmanent disposal of wastes shall be permitted at this site.
