LANDMARK SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the
public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public, for the
Landmark Subdivision, being a tract of land in part of the SE*NE* of Section
19, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE4NE* of said Sec 19; thence
Nly along the W line of the SE4NE* a distance of 640.00' to the true
point of beginning; thence N 00°09'00" W along the said W line a distance
of 563.50'; thence S 89°50'00" E 1,187.01'; thence S 00°00'00" E
100.00'; thence S 89°50'00" E 130.00'; thence S 00°00'00" E 323.50';
thence N 89°19'00" W 155.00'; thence S 00°00'00" E 125.00'; thence
S 89°19'00" E 30.00'; thence S OC°00'00" E 125.00'; thence N 89°19'
00" W 822.00'; thence S 16°07'OC" E 117.10'; to a point on the N line
of Pleasant Acres; thence N 89°19'00" W along said N line of Pleasant
Acres a distance of 291.50'; thence N 00°:9'00" W 210.0`_''; thence N 89°
19'00" W 108.50' to the true point of beginning, Weld County, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the sub-
divider according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
