Dear Shani:
I received your voice mail message on May 23, 1996. Your question was with regard to when
the plat would be ready for recording. I am advised by Hollis Osborne that the Weld County
Health Department has just recently accepted the fly and odor abatement plan submitted by
Moark. The approval process took much longer than anticipated and involved a number of
meetings with the Weld County Health Department as well as some of the opponents from our
Planning Commission and County Commissioner hearings. My clients are now moving on to
getting a water engineer's report.
If you need further information, please give me a call. I anticipate it will be at least a couple
of more months before all of the required information is assembled.
