WCR 61 between WCR 8 and WCR 10 was closed from 2/9/98 to 2/12/98 including overnight to replace a culvert. WCR 15 between WCR 74 and WCR 76 was closed from 2/12/98 to 2/13/98 including overnight to replace a culvert. WCR 4 between WCR 37 and I-76 was closed from 2/24/98 to 2/27/98 including nights to replace a culvert. The appropriate documentation is attached.
