RE: USR-1032 Two Injection Wells in the Ag. District
Dear Mr. Gentry:
On August 3, 1993 you applied for Use by Special Review (USR) permit# 1032. USR-1032
was conditionally approved by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners on March 8,
1995. As a criteria of this approval you were given fifteen (15) days to meet the conditions and
record the mylar.
To date, we have not been made aware of any attempts to meet these conditions. If you are
having difficulty in satisfying these conditions, or should you wish not to proceed with this
recorded exemption, then the Department of Planning Services will need to be notified in writing
of your decision.
We are well aware of the difficulty in meeting conditions associated with land use cases ,and are
willing to work with all of our clients. I have included a copy of the staff recommendation for your
review, and will be available to answer any questions and concerns you have. If I do not hear
from you in 30 days we will consider the application inactive.
