KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That MAX TORREZ of the County of Weld and State
of Colorado, for the consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considera-
tions in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to
THE CITY OF GREELEY, COLORADO, a Municipal Corporation,
the following real property, situate in the County of Weld and State of Colorado,
to-wit:

quarter (SA) , Lots Five (5), Six (6) , Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE'4) of the Southwest Quarter (SA) , and all that part of the South-
east Quarter (SE; ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW11) of Section Thirty (30) , Town-
ship Five (5) North, Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P.M. , according to
the subdivision of lands by St. Louis Western Colony which lies South of Evans
Ditch; EXCEPTING parcels heretofore conveyed by deeds recorded in Book 1381,
Page 20, and Book 1456, Page 296, Weld County Records, said land being more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 212.6 feet West of
the South Quarter corner of said Section Thirty (30); thence North 0°10' West
484 feet; thence North 89°50' East 212.6 feet; thence North, on the half-section
