Weld County Planner Shani Eastin will be speaking about growth and the newly-
adopted Weld County Comprehensive Plan at the June 5, 1996 meeting of the Weld
County Council. The meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. at Windsor's Town Hall, 301 Walnut
Street, Windsor, CO.
County Councilman Ralph Campbell's tabled motion that the Weld County
Commissioners' salaries be $48,000 for the years 1999 and 2000 will also be
considered.
The public is invited to attend the Council meeting and provide ideas on any
issues concerning Weld County government. Please call the Council office at 356-
4000 ext. 4780 if more information is needed.
The Council will have dinner at The Firehouse Restaurant, 1164 Main, Windsor,
CO prior to the meeting.
1996 is the 20th anniversary of Weld County's Home Rule Charter and the Weld
County Council. In commemoration, the Council is attempting to contact all former
members of the Weld County Council and the Weld County Home Rule Charter
Commission. Former members are requested to contact the Weld County Council
secretary at 356-4000 ext. 4780.
