Dear Commissioner Hall:
In my previous letter concerning the Island Grove Treatment
Center project a typographical error may have caused some
confusion about tracking the percentage of non-entitlement
clients. Therefore I would like you to disregard that letter
and replace it with this corrected letter.
I would like to thank your staff for the cooperation shown
during my recent monitoring visit.
My review of your program shows that you have made excellent
progress toward completing the activities funded under the
Colorado CDBG program. Based on my monitoring visit of
February 8, 1995, the Weld Island Grove Treatment Center
project has been satisfactorily completed.
We would like to remind you that the books on this project
will remain open until we receive the final audit and
Certificate of Completion. Also, a reminder that the County
is responsible for tracking client data that shows that at
least thirty eight percent (38%) of the clients served by the
Treatment Center come from non-entitlement areas of Weld
County.
I would like to thank Don Warden for the cooperation and the
excellent work he provided on the project. It made working on
this project a pleasure.
