ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERFETU1-+L RIGHT-OF-wAY
WEST LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of geld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the
guest Lake Park Subdivision, being a part of the Northwest quarter (NU--) of
Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 06 West of the 6th P. :.q., more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the said Sec 13, and considering
the ,vest line of said Sec 13 to bear South 1- 41' 10" East with
all bearings contained herein related thereto; thence South
1 41' 10" East 1,289.67 feet along said section line to the true
point of beginning;
Thence North 88c 18' 50" East 406.18 feet; thence South 1O 41' 10"
East 40.00 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having
a radius of 530.00 feet and whose chord bears South 88 55' 43"
East a distance of 50.99 feet; thence South 86 10' 16" East 250.47
feet; thence South 3 49' 44" west 30.00 feet; thence South 53- 11'
54" Vest 806.28 feet; thence South 88- 18' 50" .vest 50.00 feet to
the ,.est line of said Sec 13; thence North i- 41' 10" ,.est 550.77
feet to the true point of beginning;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the board of County Commissioners of veld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown
are accepted, provided, however, that the County of wield will not undertake
maintenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed
by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of
geld.
