A regular meeting of the Weld County Planning Commission was held October 17, 1995, in the County
Commissioners' Hearing Room (Room#101), Weld County Centennial Building, 915 10th Street, Greeley,
Colorado. The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman,Ann Garrison, at 1:32 p.m.

CASE NUMBER: USR-1091 (Continued from September 7, 1995, regular scheduled meeting).
PLANNER: Todd A. Hodges
APPLICANT: Hirsh Dairy
REQUEST: A Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review permit for a 2,000 head dairy in the A
(Agricultural) zone district.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of Section 24,T7N, R67W of the 6th P.M.,Weld County, Colorado
LOCATION: North of and adjacent to Weld County Road 78; east and adjacent to Weld County Road 23.
Todd A. Hodges requested this case be continued indefinitely. Staff is waiting for more pertinent information
from the applicant and also waiting for comments from the referral agencies. Todd also stated the applicants
were in agreement with the continuation of this case.
Jack Epple moved Case USR-1091 be continued indefinitely. Marie Koolstra seconded the motion.
The Vice-Chairman asked the secretary to poll the members of the Planning Commission for their decision.
Ann Garrison-yes; Marie Koolstra-yes; Zachary Allely-yes;Arlan Marrs-yes; Shirley Camenisch-yes. Motion
carried unanimously.
