RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1169 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING WITH GROSS FLOOR AREA LARGER
THAN 1,500 SQUARE FEET (3,000 SQUARE FEET) IN CASAGRANDE ESTATES
SUBDIVISION IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- BUNN
A public hearing was conducted on December 17, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 14, 1997, and duly published
December 3, 1997, in the Platteville Herald, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Roland and Sharon Bunn for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit
#1169 for the construction of an accessory building with gross floor area larger than 1,500 square
feet (3,000 square feet) in Casagrande Estates Subdivision in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Scott Ballstadt,
Department of Planning Services representative, presented a brief summary of the proposal and
entered the favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission into the record as written. He
stated the site is located within the Urban Growth Boundary of Firestone and the Tri-Area
Intergovernmental Agreement area; however, he indicated the applicant obtained a petition signed
by 100 percent of the surrounding property owners in favor of the permit.
Roland Bunn, applicant, stated he agrees with all the Conditions of Approval and Development
Standards as proposed. He responded to Commissioner Hall that the building will be used mainly
for storage and minor repairs to vehicles. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.

Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to approve the request of Roland and Sharon Bunn for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit#1169 for the construction of an accessory
building with gross floor area larger than 1,500 square feet (3,000 square feet) in Casagrande
Estates Subdivision in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendations of the
Planning staff and the Planning Commission, with the Conditions of Approval and Development
Standards as entered into the record. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Webster, and
it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 22nd day of December, 1997.
