LEASE
This agreement made between Bert Kohimen, Nunn, Colorado
as first party, and Weld County as second party.
WITNESSETH: The first party has leased to Weld County for pub-
lic highway purposes for the term of ten years herefrom a
strip of ground fifty feet in width around the south southerly
and easterly margin of the regional lake bed in the northwest
corner of the northwest quarter of section 14 Township 9 I .
Range 65 west of the 6th P. M. in Weld County on which strip
a highway is now located, is graded and fenced.
It is understood that this lease is in consideration of
the maintenance of the road at the said present location and
which terminates whenever said road should discontinue and at
all events which terminates at the end of ten years unless the
County shall have by mutual agreement or condemnation acquired
title to said land.
It is further understood this agreement Pives the County
no title to said land, but only a right to use it subject to
terms hereof for the period ending ten years herefrom.
