The 23 attached petitions from Ken Andrews and Company are for the property taxes paid to
transport gas from the wellhead to the sales/processing point. Snyder Oil Company did not
claim these transportation expenses when Andrews filed the original declaration schedules,
even though they were entitled to do so.
• These petitions are similar to petitions filed last year. For those, I enlisted the help of Randy
Fetterolf, our auditor, and Bill Hyde of the DPT. After six months in which Snyder provided
additional information which we examined, I recommended approval. The attached petitions
are also for transportation costs the company did not file with the original declaration
schedules.
Snyder sold these wells late in 11995. They will, therefore, file no additional abatement
petitions for these wells.
