RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO UNDESIRABLE PLANT MANAGEMENT
ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Undesirable Plant Management Advisory
Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Doug Rademacher be appointed to said
board, to replace John Watson; Greg Winter be appointed to replace Philip Schlegel; and Rein
Graves be appointed to replace Carolyn Frank, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Doug Rademacher, Greg Winter.
and Reid Graves to said board, with their terms to expire August 19, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Doug Rademacher, Greg Winter, and Reid Graves be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Commission, with their terms to expire
August 19, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of September, A.D., 1998.
