DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
JB ACRES, SECOND FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in JB Acres, Second Filing, being a Subdivision located in the South Half
of the Southwest Quarter (SfSW4) of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows; to -wit:
Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 33 and
considering the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
33 to bear North 89°35'02" West and with all other bearings
contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence North 01'04'03" East, along the East line of Lot 1,
JB Acres, First Filing, 260.02 feet to the Northeast Corner
(NE Cor) of said Lot 1, said point being the true point of beginning:
Thence North 89°35'02" West, along the North line of said JB Acres
First Filing, 1,622.27 feet to the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of Lot
19 of said JB Acres, First Filing; thence North 00°24'58" East,
200.00 feet; thence South 89°35'02" East, 1,624.54 feet; thence
South 01°04'03" West, 200.01 feet to the true point of beginning;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance
of said streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the
subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld,
and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bond posted by the subdivider
for JB Acres, First Filing, in the sum of $2,500.00 will remain in effect for
JB Acres, Second Filing, to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road
specifications and that said bond shall continue for one year after completion
of said roads or unless sooner released by action of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

This was approved on the preliminary plat. Mr. Bowles suggested
more percolation tests be made.
RESOLUTION:
Be it. therefore resolved to recommend approval to the County
Commissioners subject to thsir wishes on the streets. Motion by Mr.
Bowles. Second by Mr: Bartels. A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion
carried.
