Statement
1 . On December 8, 1998, U S WEST Communications,
Inc. ("U S WEST" ) , filed its motion for admission pro hac vice
in which it requests admission of John L. Munn, Esq. to
represent U S WEST in this case.
2 . John L. Munn is a member in good standing with
the Bar of the State of Texas . U S WEST ' s attorney, Kathryn E.
Ford, Attorney Registration No . 26309, is a member in good
standing with the Bar of the State of Colorado and will be asso-
ciated with John L. Munn in all stages of this proceeding.
3 . Now being duly advised in the matter, the Commis-
sion will grant the motion.
