A Weld County septic permit is required for any proposed home. The septic system shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) regulations. The Environmental Protection Services Division of the Weld County Health Department was unable to locate a septic permit for the smaller parcel. Any existing septic system(s) which is not currently permitted thorugh the Weld County Hearth Department will require an I.S.D.S. Evaluation prior to the issuance of the required septic permit(s). In the event the system(s)is found to be inadequate,the system(s) must be brought into compliance with current I.S.D.S. regulations. The applicant shall submit a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. M. , Weld County, Colorado. Dear Ms Eastin: We the undersigned submit the following application to amend Lot "B" of Recorded Exemption No. 0705-26-3-RE 961. Our request to amend the boundary Lot "B" , would reduced the size of Lot "B" , from 317+/-acres to 76.86+/-acres. Lot "A" of the existing RE is not be affected by the amending of existing Lot "B" . Jack Winter, Donna' s husband has farmed and managed the land for several years, currently, health problems require that we make adjustments in this program. This requires that our existing operation be down-sized. Existing Lot "B" has a natural division at the Loop Lake Slough. Irriga- tion water for the east part of existing Lot "B" is delivered to the property from the east. Irrigation water for the west part of existing Lot "B" is delivered from the west and north. Our future plans are to divide the property at a point west of the slough. Approximately 80% of existing Lot "B" is irrigated, the other 20% is pasture, roads and waste land. We have ample irrgation water, upon division a prorata share the irrigation water will be assigned to each parcel . Delivery and distribu- tion of irrigation water will be through the current system. The subject property is located in an agriculture zone, the proposed amendment to Lot "B" is consistent with the zoning. It is our intent that land will remain agriculturally zoned. No change in use is contemplated, the use is fully compatible with the existing use and tenure of the area. Domestic water for existing Lot "B" is supplied by the N.W.C.W.D. , atta- ched and a part of this package you will find a letter from the N.W.C.W.D. indicating .that the district can supply a tap for the amended Lot "B" Lot "B" if ever built on will utilize a septic tank or a standard system required by the Weld County Health Department.
