RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A HOTEL/RESTAURANT LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR YE'O JR., INC., DBA BOLDT IN GRILL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, YE'O, Jr., Inc., dba Boldt In Grill, Unit 1, 10763 Turner Boulevard,
Longmont, Colorado 80501, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, an application for a Change of Ownership of a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, for
the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises
only, said License previously held by Mikel and Linda Quayle, dba Little Oasis Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, Section 12-47-106.5, C.R.S., which became effective July 1, 1991, allows
for the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee
of an existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic
beverages at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain
conditions, and
WHEREAS, YE'O, Jr., Inc. has complied with all of the conditions set forth in said
Section, and
WHEREAS, YE'O, Jr., Inc. has also submitted the required application fee for said
temporary permit of$100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that having examined said application and other qualifications of the
applicant for the transfer of the Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License and having considered said
request for a temporary permit, does hereby grant to YE'O, Jr., Inc., dba Boldt In Grill, Unit 1,
10763 Turner Boulevard, Longmont, Colorado 80501, a Temporary Permit to conduct business
and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only,
at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously held by Mikel and Linda
Quayle, dba Little Oasis Restaurant, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until
such time as the application for Change of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado,
whichever shall occur first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said permit.

PLEASE POST NEAR EXISTING LICENSE
March 17, 1999
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On the 17th day of March, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve the Change of Ownership request of YE'O, Jr., Inc., dba Boldt In Grill, for
a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, with said license previously being held by Mikel and Linda
Quayle, dba Little Oasis Restaurant, and expiring on August 6, 1999. The required documents
for the Change of Ownership have been submitted to the State Department of Revenue for its
approval. Until notification has been received from the State advising whether this Change of
Ownership request has been approved or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the
continued sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor at this establishment which is located at
Unit 1, 10763 Turner Boulevard, Longmont, Colorado 80501, under a Temporary Permit which
has been approved by the Board. This Temporary Permit allows YE'O, Jr., Inc., dba Boldt In
Grill, to conduct business and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the
drink on the premises only, at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously
held by Mikel and Linda Quayle, dba Little Oasis Restaurant, subject to all other rules and
regulations set forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, far a
period of 120 days, or until such time as the application for Change of Ownership is approved
by the State of Colorado, whichever shall occur first.
